Over One Hundred and Counting
Over the past few years, with your generous support, we have made a significant investment in our next generation of Sikh American leaders. Through internships and leadership development programs we have created our community’s most impressive young leaders network. In addition, this year we proudly inaugurated our first state-level SikhLEAD internship program in New Jersey. This localized version of the SikhLEAD Internship Program placed young Sikhs from cities across the state in offices of New Jersey state legislators. Our investment in these young adults is for the long-term, but here is a sampling of what they are doing today! From writing op-eds to leading change in their Gurdwaras; from excelling in their professions to organizing their communities—our future is bright!
