Legal and Policy Director
- SALDEF seeks a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Legal & Policy Director to lead the organization’s legal strategy, public policy advocacy, and community response efforts. This senior leadership role will oversee community intake and case management, drive federal and state policy initiatives, guide litigation and amicus strategy, and provide organizational thought leadership on issues impacting Sikh Americans.
Director of Community Organizing
- The Director of Community Organizing will lead SALDEF’s national efforts to empower, educate, and mobilize the Sikh American community. This is a senior leadership role requiring a seasoned advocate who can bridge the gap between grassroots community needs and national policy initiatives. The Director will manage departmental strategy, budgets, and personnel while serving as a primary face of the organization across the United States.
