Update on Harpal Singh ji’s Case from North Hollywood
On Tuesday, September 2nd, SALDEF joined Harpal Singh ji’s family and members of the LA Sangat at the preliminary hearing regarding the assault of Harpal Singh ji in North Hollywood, CA.
During the hearing, the District Attorney established probable cause that a crime was committed by the defendant, Bo Richard Vitagliano. Charges against the defendant include assault, battery, and attempted murder.
